High Volume Production
At T-shirt Printing Toronto we are equipped with four, fully automatic M&R screen printing presses and six manual presses.This allows us to print over 20,000 pieces per day and enables us to take on any order big or small. Quotes:
To receive a quote you can fill out our quote form and we will respond immediately. You can also email us at info@tshirtprintingtoronto.ca or give us a call at (647)855-1881. All quotes include the cost of the garment of your choice and your custom print. We will provide you with a mockup of your design so you can see how the final product will look before you have it printed and to ensure accuracy in the final product. To receive the most accurate quote we require the below information from you. If you don’t have all of the information just send what you have and we’ll respond with a quote. Please include the amount of shirts required. Color of shirts Print locations i.e. front, back, sleeve etc. Amount of colors in your artwork
Turnaround Times:
We have the fastest turnaround times in Toronto for many reasons. For one, we have one of the largest full time staff in the industry along with multiple automatic presses which allow us to print more shirts per week than our competitors. Typically, from the time you approve the proof to the time your order is ready is usually three days provided we receive print ready artwork.

Do you need help designing the artwork for your shirts? If it is a basic design we will do it for free. If you need something a little more graphics intense we will charge you a small fee to cover our time. Contact us for more details.
Screen Printing FAQ
Our turnaround time for Screen Printing in Toronto is as fast as 1 business day but can be up to 7 days depending on the size of the order and if the artwork is ready for print.
Yes we do, please get in contact with us and we will do our best to meet your deadline.
Pricing is based on amount of shirts printed, amount of colors in your logo or design and amount of locations you want printed. If you get a front chest print, a back print and a print on the arm it will be a little more.
If a pantone number is provided we can use our PMS (Pantone matching system) to correctly match each color of your artwork to the correct pantone number. If you don’t have a pantone number, we will use the closest color available which will be a very close match to your artwork colors.
We offer free delivery within the greater Toronto area on certain orders. Please contact us for more information.
The maximum print size for screen printing is 15″ x 16″. For larger prints please see our DTG printing section.
For finished garments we charge $0.50 per shirt for folding and poly bagging.

Yes, we have designed thousands of logos and prints for clients. Please call or email us for design rates.
We require all artwork to be actual size at 300 dpi and in separate layers. Convert all fonts to outlines. Photoshop or illustrator files are ideal.
