Custom Made Apparel

Do you have an idea for a custom garment, but don’t know where to go to make your dreams a reality? We can definitely help you throughout the whole process. Let’s say you want to make a fashionable elongated, t-shirt that is a little longer in the waist line or maybe a drop tail style shirt where it is a little longer just in the back. You can choose from the classic round or maybe a more stylish v-neck. We can make a polo shirt with red trim, buttons and sleeves while the rest of the shirt is white. Maybe you need hoodies with thicker, higher quality strings with color matched zippers and accents or matching hoodies and track pants. All of the above and more are possible with our custom garment production services.

The Process

The first step is to contact us and let us know what you have in mind. The more information you can provide us, the better, that way we can give you the most accurate quote. We will go over things like sizing, sleeve lengths, garment lengths, neck style, colors and more. Once we have all the necessary information and order specifications we will create a manufacturing pattern based off your order specifics and proceed to create a pre production sample for you to approve. We can also match and duplicate any garment you bring in.

Lead Times

We can complete an order in as quick as two weeks, but there are a lot of factors that can make this time longer. Things such as order complexity, amount of garments ordered and our current production schedule are just a few. You can choose to have your order manufactured right here in Canada and in some cases we are able to have your order produced overseas at huge cost savings, but lead times will be longer. So if you have time on your side and want to save some money this may be the best option for you.

Types Of Garments

From the traditional 100% cotton t-shirt to cotton/polyester blends, pull over or zip up hoodies, polo shirts, both short and long sleeve, uniforms, pants, shorts, head wear and more. We can customize your garment with choice of fabrics including ring spun cotton and eco-friendly bamboo/organic cotton blends. Any custom color can be achieved with a pantone number/swatch or you can choose from a huge variety of colors we have in stock. We also have a private label program where you can choose from our products and add your custom touches including your label, hang tags and more.

Custom Labels

Take your product to the next level with the professional custom sewn woven labels, tear away labels and hang tags. We can sew labels in the neck of the garment as well as accent labels on the hem of the garments. Hang tags are also available and can be printed with your company or brand name, website, contact info etc. as well as information about the garment itself.

Finishing

We are a true one stop shop for private labeling in Toronto. Not only do we manufacture apparel, we are the top choice for finishing also. With a full service screen printing and embroidery facility, we are able to give your custom garments the finishing details you desire. We can also deal with the packaging, freight and logistics of your finished product.
