Printed Labels
Our satin printed labels are one of the most popular labeling options for clothing lines and are also great for custom care or content labels. We also have an eco-friendly options made from organic cotton, cotton canvas or cotton twill.
We offer a loop fold, end fold or a hot cut option depending on where you are applying the label on the garment. We have some of the fastest turnaround times in the industry and can accommodate small or large orders.
Woven Labels
Custom woven labels are typically used to the outside of a garment and add value to your product. You can add your company name and logo and we will colour match them so you get a final product that is in line with your company branding.
We have a variety of weaves available including satin, damask, twill, broadloom, tafetta and more. Our HD damask is the most popular option as it allows the clearest representation of your artwork and has a soft finish. Our turnaround times are approximately 7 days and the minimum order is 100 pieces for woven labels.
Hang Tags
Custom hang tags give your brand a level of professionalism and help you stand out from your competitors. We can print one and two colour tags right up to beautiful, full colour options. We carry a wide variety of card stocks including the standard 16pt, a beautiful linen, transparent and a recycled eco-friendly option.
You can choose from different shapes, one or two sided printing and even custom string colour and sizes. A standard hole is included in our pricing, but if you need a custom size or location we would be happy to make it happen. Minimum order is 100 pieces.
PVC/Rubber
Our 3D rubber patches are a high end option that will add value to your products. They are one of the most durable options and can be added to almost any type of product. We can do as little as one colour right up to full colour options. We can also customize any shape to match your branding or vision.
These patches come with a sewing channel designed to be sewn on to your products. We can add an adhesive, but sewing is recommended for durability. Turnaround times are 2-3 weeks from the time you approve the proof and the minimum order is 100 pieces.
Patches/Crests
The HD woven patches are a cheaper option when compared to embroidered patches and offer a higher level of detail for your artwork or design. Great for sports teams, clothing lines, businesses and more.
Minimum order of 100 pieces. Production time is approximately 2-3 weeks after artwork approval.
Leather/Suede
Leather patches add a level of quality and value to your products. We carry a wide variety of materials including leather, suede, synthetic, paper and more. You have the option of having your artwork embossed, debossed or screen printed.
We have a 100 piece minimum order and turnaround time will be 2-3 weeks depending on order size.
Ribbons
High quality printed or woven ribbon can be added to any number of products and is a great way to promote your brand. We stock more than 60 colour options and over 30 different widths. We can also match your brands pantone.
Our turnaround times are as little as 7 days. A minimum order of a 100 yard roll is required.
Poly Bagging
T-shirt poly bagging is another service we offer our clients. It is a great option for clothing lines, stores, outdoor events like fairs or trade shows and more. We will fold each garment individually and put them into the bags which will keep them clean and retail ready for when you need them. We can also print custom stickers that you can apply to the bags. Things like size stickers, your logo or website or any custom idea you may have.
Garment poly bagging gives your products a professional finish that gives you an edge on your competition. Great for inventory purposes especially when paired with stickers.
